QC2™ BUSINESS DIAGNOSTIC
Find where customer centricity is breaking down before you invest in fixing it.
Your teams may all have good data, capable people and clear KPIs, yet still be working from different views of the customer. QC2™ identifies where those differences sit, which ones matter most and where leadership should act first.
See Where Your Organisation Is Aligned.
And Where It Isn’t.
QC2™ gives people across your organisation the same structured assessment of how customer centricity works in practice.
When responses are analysed together, you can see where departments share the same view, where their perspectives differ and where apparently strong performance may be masking gaps between functions.
QC2™ examines customer centricity across four interconnected areas of your business
COMPANY STRUCTURE
AND VISION
CUSTOMER TARGETING AND CONNECTION
BRAND BUILDING AND INNOVATION
INFORMATION AND INTERNAL PROCESSES
Looking at these areas together reveals whether an issue is isolated within one function or reflects a wider organisational gap
WHAT PARTICIPANTS AND LEADERSHIP RECEIVE
Each participant spends approximately 10–15 minutes completing the QC2™ assessment and receives their own confidential individual result.
Individual responses remain confidential. Leadership receives only aggregated departmental and company-level findings. This encourages more candid responses and provides a more accurate picture of how the organisation really operates.
Leadership receives analysis showing:
- Overall company strengths and development priorities.
- Where departments are aligned.
- Where different functions see the organisation differently.
- The areas most likely to require management attention.
- Relevant comparisons with the existing QC2™ database where sufficient comparable information is available.
- Prioritised recommended actions.
FROM DIAGNOSIS TO ACTION
The objective isn’t simply to measure customer centricity. The executive debrief identifies where the most important gaps sit, what they mean for the business and which actions should take priority.
Two follow-up reviews, approximately one month apart, are included to assess progress and identify where implementation is becoming blocked.
Ongoing implementation support can be scoped separately where required.

Know Where to Act Before Deciding How to Act
If different parts of your organisation have different explanations for the same business problem, QC2™ can help identify where the gaps really sit and what deserves attention first.
